Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WDR90, also known as WD repeat-containing protein 90, is a member of the WD-repeat protein family characterized by the presence of multiple WD-repeats, which are typically involved in protein-protein interactions and various cellular processes. Research into WDR90 has gained momentum due to its potential role in critical biological functions, including cell signaling, gene expression regulation, and cellular responses to stress. Studies have indicated that WDR90 may play a significant role in neurodevelopment and may be implicated in neurodegenerative diseases. Additionally, its expression patterns in different tissues suggest a potential involvement in developmental processes and diseases, making it an intriguing target for further investigation. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of WDR90 and its interactions with other cellular components could provide valuable insights into its functional roles and therapeutic potentials, particularly in disorders where its dysregulation may be a contributing factor. This has prompted the need for the production and characterization of recombinant WDR90 protein to facilitate studies on its structure, function, and interaction partners, ultimately contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of its biological significance.
