Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of MCM6 recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its crucial role in DNA replication and cell proliferation. MCM6, a member of the minichromosome maintenance (MCM) protein family, is essential for the formation of the MCM2-7 complex, which acts as a helicase to unwind DNA during the S phase of the cell cycle. Understanding the function and regulation of MCM6 is vital as its dysregulation is implicated in various cancers and developmental disorders. Researchers have focused on characterizing the biochemical properties and interaction partners of MCM6 to uncover its cellular mechanisms and potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, the generation of MCM6 recombinant protein allows for the exploration of its functional roles in vitro, providing insights into its contributions to genomic stability and replication fidelity. By utilizing advanced techniques such as mass spectrometry and cryo-electron microscopy, studies aim to reveal the structural dynamics of MCM6 within the replicative machinery, thereby enhancing our knowledge of its significance in cellular biology and its implications in tumorigenesis. This research, therefore, not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also opens avenues for the development of novel cancer therapies targeting the replication machinery.
