稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PDGFD, or Platelet-Derived Growth Factor D, is a member of the PDGF family, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, migration, and survival. It primarily functions in the regulation of connective tissue development and tissue repair. Understanding the mechanisms underlying PDGFD's action has become increasingly important due to its implications in fibrotic diseases, cancer, and vascular disorders. Research has shown that PDGFD is involved in mediating cellular responses via receptor activation, particularly through PDGFRβ. Additionally, it has been implicated in the mesenchymal stem cell niche and has potential therapeutic applications in regenerative medicine. The recombinant expression of PDGFD for research purposes allows scientists to investigate its functional roles in cellular dynamics and to explore its utility in the development of targeted therapies. By harnessing the power of recombinant technology, researchers aim to better understand PDGFD's contributions to both normal physiology and pathological conditions, paving the way for innovative treatment strategies that could mitigate the consequences of PDGFD dysregulation.
