Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRO, or Thrombospondin-related protein, is a member of the thrombospondin gene family, which plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and tissue repair. TRO is particularly notable in the study of its contributions to cancer biology, wound healing, and angiogenesis. Its structure, characterized by multiple domains that mediate protein-protein interactions, allows it to participate in complex signaling pathways. Research has shown that TRO can modulate the activity of growth factors and cytokines, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Additionally, investigations into TRO's role in the tumor microenvironment have revealed its involvement in promoting tumor growth and metastasis, highlighting its significance in cancer research. The advancement of recombinant protein technology has enabled the production of TRO in laboratory settings, facilitating studies that elucidate its biological functions and mechanisms. These insights are critical for developing novel strategies for cancer treatment and regenerative medicine, as targeting TRO may improve therapeutic outcomes by disrupting its interactions within the tumor niche or enhancing tissue repair processes. The ongoing research into TRO's functional characteristics and its implications in health and disease positions it as a promising candidate for future clinical applications.
