Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRERF1 (Tripartite Motif-Containing Protein 38) is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family, which is known for its role in various cellular processes, including immune response, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Research into TRERF1 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in cancer biology and viral infections. It is characterized by a RING finger, B box, and coiled-coil domain, which are essential for its E3 ubiquitin ligase activity. This activity enables TRERF1 to regulate protein stability through ubiquitination, influencing numerous signaling pathways. Studies have shown that dysregulation of TRERF1 can lead to altered immune responses, promoting tumorigenesis and affecting viral replication. Additionally, it has been linked to the modulation of autophagy, a crucial process for cellular homeostasis and pathogen clearance. The understanding of TRERF1's functional mechanisms could provide insights into novel therapeutic approaches for treating cancer and viral diseases. As such, the expression and purification of TRERF1 as a recombinant protein have become focal points in current research, enabling more detailed studies of its structure and function, as well as its interactions with other cellular proteins. This research is vital for unraveling the biological roles of TRERF1 and developing strategies for targeting its pathways in diseases.
