Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAP3K9, also known as MEKK4, is a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) kinase kinase family, which plays a crucial role in cell signaling pathways that regulate various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its involvement in mediating responses to extracellular signals, particularly those related to stress and inflammatory responses, highlights its potential as a therapeutic target in various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. Recent studies have demonstrated that MAP3K9 participates in the activation of several downstream signaling cascades, such as the JNK and p38 MAPK pathways, which are vital for the cellular response to stress. Furthermore, dysregulation of MAP3K9 has been implicated in malignancies, suggesting that its expression levels and activity may influence tumor progression and response to treatment. Given the essential functions of MAP3K9 in cellular signaling, researchers have increasingly focused on characterizing this protein at the molecular level. This includes elucidating its structure, regulatory mechanisms, and interaction partners, all of which are critical for understanding its role in health and disease. The generation of recombinant MAP3K9 proteins has enabled investigators to study its biochemical properties and functional dynamics in vitro, providing insights into how it may be modulated for therapeutic purposes. Overall, ongoing research into MAP3K9 not only contributes to our understanding of cellular signaling mechanisms but also holds promise for the development of novel strategies to intervene in diseases associated with MAP3K9 dysregulation.
