Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAP3K3, a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling cascade, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its function as a serine/threonine kinase makes it a pivotal regulator in signaling pathways triggered by extracellular stimuli. Recent studies have indicated that MAP3K3 is involved in the progression of several diseases, particularly cancer, where its dysregulation influences tumor growth and metastasis. The research surrounding MAP3K3 recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to their potential therapeutic applications. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce MAP3K3 proteins in a controlled environment, allowing for detailed studies of their biochemical properties and interactions with other signaling molecules. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of MAP3K3 and its downstream effectors could lead to the development of targeted therapies that exploit the aberrant signaling pathways associated with various malignancies. Moreover, recombinant MAP3K3 proteins serve as valuable tools for drug screening and the identification of novel therapeutic agents. Overall, the exploration of MAP3K3 recombinant proteins represents a significant area of interest in cellular biology and cancer research, promising new insights into the biological functions of this kinase and its potential as a therapeutic target.
