Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IFI27L2A (Interferon-Inducible Protein 27-Like 2A) is a member of the interferon-stimulated gene (ISG) family, which has gained attention due to its potential role in immune response and cancer biology. This protein is primarily induced by type I interferons during viral infections, suggesting a pivotal function in the host defense mechanism. Research has indicated that IFI27L2A may be involved in various cellular processes, including apoptosis, cell proliferation, and immune modulation. Its expression patterns have been linked to several diseases, particularly autoimmune disorders and different cancer types, where altered levels of this protein could influence tumor progression and immune evasion. Furthermore, the unique structural features and potential post-translational modifications of IFI27L2A make it an intriguing target for therapeutic interventions. Studies utilizing recombinant forms of IFI27L2A have enabled researchers to explore its functional properties and interactions within the immune system, enhancing our understanding of its biological significance. As the role of interferon-stimulated genes continues to be elucidated in the context of disease and therapy, the study of IFI27L2A remains vital for developing new strategies in immunotherapy and for understanding the complex mechanisms of immune regulation.
