稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ORM2, also known as Osteopontin-related protein 2, is a member of the ORM protein family that plays a significant role in various biological processes, including immune response, cell signaling, and tissue repair. This protein has garnered attention due to its involvement in several pathological conditions, such as cancer, autoimmune diseases, and cardiovascular disorders. Research has shown that ORM2 is upregulated in response to inflammation and tissue injury, suggesting its potential role as a biomarker for disease states. Furthermore, comprehensive studies have indicated its importance in modulating the immune response, influencing macrophage activation, and regulating cytokine production. A deeper understanding of ORM2's structure and function can offer insights into its mechanisms of action and identify therapeutic targets for intervention. As such, the exploration of ORM2 reconstituted proteins is crucial for elucidating its physiological and pathological roles, which may pave the way for novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies in managing diseases associated with aberrant ORM2 expression.
