稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANK3 (Ankyrin Repeat Domain-containing protein 3) is a critical scaffolding protein that plays a significant role in the cellular localization and function of ion channels and neurotransmitter receptors, particularly in neurons. Its involvement in various neuropsychiatric disorders, such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, has garnered substantial attention in recent years. The genetic variations and mutations within the ANK3 gene have been linked to altered neuronal signaling and synaptic function, underscoring its importance in neural development and stability. As a result, researchers are increasingly focused on characterizing ANK3 recombinant proteins to better understand their structure, function, and interactions with other cellular components. The production of ANK3 recombinant proteins allows for detailed biochemical and biophysical analyses, contributing to the elucidation of its role in neurobiology and its potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, studying the protein’s interactions can help clarify its involvement in disease mechanisms and aid in the development of targeted treatments for related mental health disorders. Given the complexity of its function and the implications of its dysregulation, ANK3 remains a vital focus in neuroscience research, with recombinant protein studies paving the way for new insights into the molecular underpinnings of brain function and dysfunction.
