Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NUDC (nuclear migration protein) is a crucial component in the processes of cell division and migration, particularly during neurogenesis. It plays a vital role in the proper localization of the nucleus within cells, which is essential for the development and function of the nervous system. Dysregulation of NUDC has been implicated in various neurodevelopmental disorders and cancers, highlighting its importance in both health and disease. The study of NUDC recombinant proteins allows researchers to delve deeper into the molecular mechanisms underlying its function, providing insights into its interactions with other cellular components. Recombinant NUDC proteins can be produced in vitro, enabling the exploration of their structural properties and biochemical activities. This research may facilitate the development of therapeutic strategies targeting NUDC-related pathways, potentially offering new avenues for treating conditions associated with its dysfunction. Furthermore, understanding the role of NUDC in cellular processes could enhance our knowledge of fundamental biological systems, contributing to the broader field of cell biology and neurobiology.
