稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LYNb, a member of the lymphocyte-specific protein-tyrosine kinase (Lyn) family, plays a critical role in the regulation of immune cell signaling and interactions. As a non-receptor tyrosine kinase, LYNb is involved in various cellular processes, including the modulation of immune responses, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Research has increasingly focused on the recombinant expression and functional characterization of LYNb to better understand its biological roles and potential implications in immune-related diseases. The production of recombinant LYNb allows for detailed studies of its structure-function relationships and its interactions with other signaling molecules within the immune system. Furthermore, exploring the therapeutic potential of LYNb could provide novel insights into targeted treatments for autoimmune disorders and other diseases influenced by dysregulated immune signaling. As such, the investigation of LYNb recombinant proteins not only enhances our understanding of immune regulation but also opens avenues for the development of innovative therapeutic strategies, underscoring the importance of continued research in this area.
