Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on acpH recombinant protein centers around its pivotal role in bacterial physiology and its potential applications in biotechnology and medicine. acpH encodes an essential enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of phospholipids, which are fundamental components of cell membranes. This protein is particularly important in the context of pathogenic bacteria, where its activity affects membrane integrity and bacterial survival. By producing acpH as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to study its structure, function, and interactions within the cell, which can provide insights into bacterial growth regulation and virulence mechanisms. Additionally, understanding acpH could lead to the development of novel antibacterial strategies, as inhibiting this enzyme may hinder the growth of pathogenic organisms. The recombinant production of acpH allows for detailed biochemical analyses, potential drug screening, and the development of therapeutic agents targeting bacterial infections. The advancements in molecular biology and protein engineering techniques further facilitate these studies, paving the way for innovative approaches to combat bacterial resistance and improve human health outcomes.
