Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cyp3a25 is a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily, a group of enzymes involved in the metabolism of various endogenous and exogenous compounds. Research on Cyp3a25 has gained prominence due to its potential role in drug metabolism, particularly in relation to pharmacokinetics and toxicology. This enzyme is predominantly expressed in the liver, where it contributes to the oxidative metabolism of numerous therapeutic agents, influencing their efficacy and safety. Understanding the function and regulation of Cyp3a25 is crucial for predicting drug interactions and individualized medicine. Moreover, the study of its recombinant form allows for detailed biochemical characterization and the exploration of substrate specificity. Investigating the structural and functional properties of Cyp3a25 can also illuminate the evolutionary adaptations of drug metabolism pathways in different species. This research ultimately aims to enhance our understanding of cytochrome P450 enzymes, providing insights that could inform drug development and improve therapeutic strategies.
