Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRRC20 (Leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 20) is a member of the leucine-rich repeat (LRR) protein family, which is known for its roles in various cellular functions, including protein-protein interactions, signal transduction, and immune responses. Initial studies have indicated that LRRC20 may have significant implications in the regulation of cellular processes, such as neuronal development and immune system modulation. Recent research has highlighted its potential involvement in cellular pathways linked to neurodegenerative diseases and cancer, leading to an increased interest in understanding its biological functions. The study of LRRC20 recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its structural properties and functional mechanisms, providing insights into its role in health and disease. By generating LRRC20 in recombinant form, researchers can investigate its interactions with other proteins, delineate its signaling pathways, and assess its potential as a therapeutic target. This research is not only pivotal for understanding the basic biology of LRRC20 but also for exploring its utility in developing novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for diseases associated with its dysregulation. The ongoing studies thus represent a significant step towards harnessing the potential of LRRC20 in clinical applications, marking an exciting frontier in the fields of molecular biology and medicine.
