稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NDFIP1, short for Neuronal Differentiation Factor-1 Interacting Protein 1, is a protein that has garnered attention in the fields of neurobiology and cancer research due to its involvement in neuronal differentiation and potential roles in tumorigenesis. As a component of various signaling pathways, NDFIP1 is thought to mediate critical cellular processes, including cell survival, proliferation, and differentiation. Research indicates that NDFIP1 interacts with several key proteins, which may influence neuronal development and function. Furthermore, studies have suggested a possible link between NDFIP1 expression levels and various cancers, raising questions about its role in tumor progression and metastasis. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underpinning NDFIP1's function could provide insights into neurodevelopmental disorders and therapeutic targets for cancer treatment. The recombinant production of NDFIP1 allows for detailed biochemical characterization and functional studies, aiding in the elucidation of its role in cellular signaling and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Overall, the exploration of NDFIP1’s structure and function is crucial for advancing our knowledge in both neurodevelopment and oncology.
