Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NDEL1, or Nuclear Distribution Factor E Homolog 1, is a gene that plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including mitosis, neuronal development, and synaptic function. Its involvement in cell division and chromosome segregation makes it a subject of interest in cancer research, where improper regulation of NDEL1 may lead to tumorigenesis. Furthermore, studies have demonstrated that NDEL1 is essential for the proper development of the nervous system, leading to potential links between NDEL1 dysregulation and neurodevelopmental disorders. Given its pivotal role in these vital cellular functions, researchers have focused on the expression and function of NDEL1 recombinant proteins to better understand their mechanisms and interactions with other cellular components. This includes characterizing its protein structure, identifying binding partners, and elucidating its signaling pathways. The recombinant NDEL1 protein serves as a valuable tool for in vitro studies, allowing scientists to dissect its role in mitosis and neuronal signaling, thereby providing insights into how alterations in NDEL1 activity might contribute to disease. Understanding the functional dynamics of NDEL1 and its protein interactions could pave the way for developing targeted therapies for conditions associated with its dysfunction, making it a significant focus of biotechnological and medical research.
