稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD301, also known as the chitinase-like protein, is a member of the C-type lectin receptor family, which plays a significant role in the immune system, particularly in the recognition of pathogens and modulation of immune responses. Research surrounding CD301 has gained momentum due to its association with various inflammatory conditions and its potential role in cancer biology. CD301 is expressed on the surface of dendritic cells and macrophages, where it can influence the differentiation and activation of immune cells. Studies have shown that CD301 can bind to chitin and chitin-like structures, suggesting its importance in recognizing fungal infections and possibly contributing to allergic responses. Furthermore, CD301 has been implicated in tumor progression and immune evasion, highlighting its potential as a novel target for immunotherapy. The recombinant expression of CD301 protein in laboratory settings allows researchers to explore its functional properties and interactions in greater detail, facilitating the understanding of its biological roles and potential therapeutic applications. This growing body of research aims to elucidate the mechanisms by which CD301 modulates immune responses and to develop strategies that leverage this knowledge for better disease management. As interest in CD301 continues to rise, further investigations into its structure, function, and clinical implications are anticipated, presenting opportunities for innovative approaches in combating infectious diseases and cancer.
