Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LHX6 (LIM homeobox 6) is a member of the LIM homeobox gene family, which plays a crucial role in developmental processes, particularly in the formation of the central nervous system and various endocrine tissues. Research on LHX6 has gained attention due to its essential functions in neurogenesis and its potential implications in neurological disorders and cancer. This protein is involved in the regulation of neuronal identity and has been implicated in the development of inhibitory GABAergic neurons in the brain. Moreover, dysregulation of LHX6 expression has been associated with various pathophysiological conditions, including schizophrenia and other neurodevelopmental disorders. In cancer biology, LHX6 may influence tumor progression and metastasis, making it a potential biomarker for diagnosis and a target for therapeutic intervention. The study of LHX6 recombinant protein focuses on elucidating its structural characteristics, functional interactions, and regulatory mechanisms, which can provide insights into its role in both normal and pathological states. By using recombinant techniques, researchers can produce LHX6 in a controlled environment, allowing for detailed biochemical and biophysical analyses, and paving the way for the development of LHX6-targeted therapies. Understanding the precise functions and pathways involving LHX6 is crucial for advancing our knowledge of developmental biology and disease mechanisms, ultimately leading to innovative treatment strategies.
