稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LHX5, a member of the LIM homeobox gene family, plays a critical role in neurodevelopment, particularly in the formation and specification of various neuronal populations in the central nervous system. It is essential for the proper development of the telencephalon, where it influences the patterning of cortical and subcortical regions. Research has shown that LHX5 is involved in the regulation of gene expression during early brain development, guiding the differentiation of progenitor cells into specific types of neurons. Mutations or dysregulation of LHX5 have been linked to neurodevelopmental disorders and cognitive impairments, highlighting its significance in maintaining normal brain function. Scientists are now investigating LHX5-recombinant proteins to better understand its molecular mechanisms and interactions within cellular pathways. The production of LHX5 recombinant protein offers valuable insights into its structural characteristics and functional roles, while also providing a tool for potential therapeutic interventions targeting neuronal regeneration or repair. Overall, the study of LHX5 and its recombinant forms continues to be a promising area of research in developmental biology and neurology, aiming to elucidate its comprehensive impact on brain development and associated disorders.
