Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LHX1, or LIM homeobox 1, is a transcription factor belonging to the LIM homeobox gene family, which plays critical roles in various developmental processes, particularly in the formation of the nervous system and the regulation of neuronal differentiation. Recent studies have highlighted LHX1's significance in guiding the development of specific neural populations and its involvement in craniofacial and limb morphogenesis. Given its essential functions, LHX1 has attracted interest for its potential implications in neurological disorders and developmental abnormalities. Researchers are particularly focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms by which LHX1 regulates gene expression and cell fate decisions during embryogenesis. Recombinant LHX1 protein has become a valuable tool for these studies, allowing for in vitro analyses of protein interactions, signaling pathways, and functional assays to elucidate its biological roles. Advances in protein purification and characterization techniques enable the detailed examination of LHX1's structural features and interactions with other transcriptional regulators. Ultimately, comprehensive studies of LHX1 and its recombinant protein could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting developmental disorders and enhancing our understanding of complex biological systems.
