Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPS6Ka1, also known as ribosomal protein S6 kinase alpha-1, is a pivotal serine/threonine kinase that plays a critical role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly those involved in growth, proliferation, and survival. It is a key downstream effector of the mTOR (mechanistic target of rapamycin) pathway, which is essential for translating nutrient availability and growth signals into cellular responses. Dysregulation of RPS6Ka1 has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including cancer, where it contributes to altered cell growth and metabolism. Research on RPS6Ka1 has increased in recent years, focusing on its role in these fundamental processes and its potential as a therapeutic target. Recombination and expression studies of RPS6Ka1 protein facilitate the understanding of its functional mechanisms and interactions within the cell. Investigating the biochemical properties, interaction partners, and regulatory mechanisms of RPS6Ka1 can provide valuable insights into how it influences cellular behavior and disease progression. This research could pave the way for novel strategies in targeting RPS6Ka1 in cancer therapy and other diseases associated with mTOR signaling dysregulation. Therefore, RPS6Ka1 not only represents a crucial element in understanding intracellular signaling but also holds potential for development into a therapeutic candidate aimed at managing diseases characterized by aberrant cell growth and proliferation.
