稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STUB1, also known as STIP1 homologues and ubiquitin-like domains 1, is a critical protein implicated in various cellular processes, including protein quality control, stress response, and cellular signaling. It functions primarily as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, facilitating the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of misfolded or damaged proteins, thereby maintaining protein homeostasis. The study of STUB1 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, where the accumulation of aberrant proteins contributes to neuronal dysfunction. Dysregulation of STUB1 expression or activity can lead to impaired proteostasis, exacerbating disease pathology. Furthermore, research has indicated that STUB1 interacts with heat shock proteins and plays a role in the cellular response to stress, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target. The characterization of STUB1 recombinant proteins has become essential for understanding its molecular mechanisms and exploring its role in disease states, offering insights into new avenues for intervention and treatment in protein aggregation-related disorders. Thus, ongoing research into STUB1 not only elucidates its fundamental biological roles but also holds promise for developing novel therapeutic strategies for combating neurodegenerative diseases.
