Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LCORL (LZR-1/LCOR-like) is a member of the liganded nuclear receptor family, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including gene regulation, cellular differentiation, and response to hormonal signaling. Studies have identified LCORL as a critical factor in the development and function of reproductive organs and bones. Notably, mutations in the LCORL gene have been associated with skeletal dysplasia and various reproductive disorders, making it a significant target for understanding developmental biology and potential therapeutic interventions. The recombinant protein of LCORL is essential for elucidating its structure-function relationship and exploring its interaction with other nuclear receptors. Additionally, producing LCORL as a recombinant protein allows researchers to investigate its biochemical properties and signaling pathways in vitro, providing valuable insights into its role in pathophysiological conditions. Overall, understanding the function and mechanisms of LCORL through recombinant protein research may reveal new avenues for treating disorders related to growth and reproduction, thus highlighting its importance in both basic and applied biomedical research.
