Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of MNDA (Myeloid Natural Killer-Domain-Containing Protein) recombinant proteins has garnered significant interest due to their potential role in innate immunity and cancer biology. MNDA is a member of the C-type lectin family of proteins, predominantly expressed in immune cells such as monocytes and dendritic cells. It plays a critical role in modulating immune responses, particularly in the context of inflammation and tumor immunity. Research has shown that MNDA can influence the differentiation and function of immune cell subsets, enhancing the host’s defense mechanisms against pathogens and tumors. Given its involvement in immune regulation, recombinant MNDA proteins are being explored as potential therapeutic agents for enhancing anti-tumor immunity or for use in vaccine development. The generation of MNDA in a recombinant format allows for detailed structural and functional studies, facilitating the understanding of its interactions with other immune components. Furthermore, the engineering of MNDA for improved stability and activity holds promise for novel immunotherapeutic strategies. As the field of immunotherapy expands, research on MNDA and its recombinant forms is expected to contribute to novel approaches for cancer treatment, leveraging the body’s innate immune responses.
