Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
L3MBTL4 (Lethal(3)malignant brain tumor-like 4) is a protein implicated in various cellular processes, including regulation of gene expression and chromatin remodeling. Emerging research highlights its potential role in cancer biology, particularly in the context of tumorigenesis and metastasis. Studies have shown that L3MBTL4 may function as a tumor suppressor, with altered expression levels correlating with malignancies, including breast and colorectal cancers. Furthermore, the protein is involved in key signaling pathways, which positions it as a crucial player in cell cycle regulation and differentiation. Understanding the structural and functional mechanics of L3MBTL4, particularly through the investigation of its recombinant forms, could shed light on its interactions with other cellular components and contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Recent advancements in protein engineering and expression techniques have made it feasible to produce recombinant L3MBTL4, enabling detailed functional assays and structural analyses. The exploration of this protein's role in health and disease could lead to significant breakthroughs in targeted cancer therapies and personalized medicine.
