稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DNASEX recombinant protein, a key focus in molecular biology and therapeutic research, is derived from the DNase I family of enzymes, which are known for their ability to degrade DNA. This protein has garnered significant attention due to its potential applications in treating various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. In recent years, studies have revealed that aberrant DNA accumulation can contribute to inflammation and tumorigenesis, making the regulation of extracellular DNA levels crucial for maintaining tissue homeostasis. DNASEX has shown promise in studies aimed at modulating immune responses by effectively reducing the levels of circulating extracellular DNA, thereby alleviating pathological conditions linked to excessive DNA. The recombinant expression of DNASEX not only facilitates large-scale production for therapeutic use but also allows for the exploration of its structural and functional characteristics. Additionally, the development of DNASEX as a biopharmaceutical could lead to innovative treatment strategies, enhancing patient outcomes in diseases where DNA dysregulation plays a pivotal role. As research progresses, understanding the mechanism of action, optimizing drug formulation, and evaluating clinical efficacy will be essential steps towards translating this recombinant protein into a viable therapeutic option.
