稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KRTAP8-1, or Keratin Associated Protein 8-1, is a member of the keratin-associated protein family, which plays a crucial role in the structure and functionality of hair and skin. The significance of KRTAP8-1 lies in its involvement in the formation of the hair follicle and its contribution to the mechanical properties of keratin fibers. Research into KRTAP8-1 is driven by its potential implications in understanding various hair disorders, including alopecia and other conditions that affect hair growth and health. Additionally, variations or mutations in this protein may correlate with certain genetic traits or dermatological diseases, making it a point of interest for genetic and therapeutic studies. Advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled researchers to produce KRTAP8-1 in vitro, facilitating a deeper investigation into its properties and functions. By studying the biochemical characteristics and biological activities of the recombinant KRTAP8-1 protein, researchers aim to elucidate its role in hair biology and explore potential applications in regenerative medicine and dermatology. As a result, KRTAP8-1 not only serves as a fundamental component in the field of keratin biology but also offers promising avenues for therapeutic strategies related to hair loss and skin conditions.
