稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KRTAP6-3 (Keratin Associated Protein 6-3) is a member of the keratin-associated protein family, which plays a crucial role in the structural integrity and properties of hair, skin, and nails. Research into KRTAP6-3 has gained significance due to its potential impact on various dermatological conditions and hair disorders. Understanding the function and regulation of KRTAP6-3 may provide insights into the molecular mechanisms of keratinization processes and the development of skin and hair abnormalities. Mutations or dysregulation of KRTAP genes are implicated in disorders such as hypotrichosis and other ectodermal dysplasias, making the study of KRTAP6-3 particularly relevant in clinical genetics and dermatology. Moreover, the characterization of KRTAP6-3 as a recombinant protein facilitates the exploration of its biochemical properties, interactions with other keratin proteins, and contributions to the assembly of the keratin intermediate filament network. This research is essential not only for advancing our understanding of keratin biology but also for developing potential therapeutic approaches aimed at treating hair and skin-related diseases. The recombinant production of KRTAP6-3 allows for detailed functional studies and may pave the way for innovative strategies in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering, thus highlighting the importance of KRTAP6-3 in both basic research and clinical applications.
