稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NDUFAF2, a mitochondrial protein, plays a crucial role in the assembly of the mitochondrial respiratory chain complex I, which is vital for cellular energy production through oxidative phosphorylation. Mutations in the NDUFAF2 gene have been linked to various mitochondrial disorders, highlighting its importance in maintaining mitochondrial function and overall cellular health. Research on NDUFAF2 recombinant protein focuses on understanding its structure, function, and interaction with other mitochondrial proteins. By studying this protein, scientists aim to elucidate the mechanisms of mitochondrial dysfunction associated with genetic diseases and to identify potential therapeutic targets. Furthermore, the recombinant expression of NDUFAF2 allows for detailed analyses of its physiological roles, contributing to the broader understanding of mitochondrial biogenesis and the pathogenesis of related disorders. As mitochondrial defects are implicated in various conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and metabolic syndromes, NDUFAF2 serves as a significant focus for developing novel therapeutic strategies aimed at restoring mitochondrial function and improving patient outcomes.
