Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MESDC1 (Mesoderm Development Candidate 1) is a protein that plays a crucial role in various developmental processes and cellular functions, particularly in the context of embryogenesis and stem cell differentiation. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is essential for the regulation of cell fate and tissue homeostasis. The reconstitution of MESDC1 as a recombinant protein is of significant interest due to its potential applications in understanding developmental biology and disease mechanisms. Given its role in stem cell maintenance and differentiation, researchers are particularly focused on investigating how MESDC1 interacts with key signaling molecules and transcription factors. By producing and studying recombinant MESDC1, scientists aim to elucidate its structural and functional characteristics, providing insights into its mechanisms of action. Moreover, understanding MESDC1's role could lead to novel therapeutic strategies for regenerative medicine and targeted therapies for diseases associated with aberrant signaling pathways, including cancer. Overall, the study of MESDC1 as a recombinant protein provides a vital platform for advancing our knowledge of developmental processes and cellular regulation, with implications for both basic research and clinical applications.
