稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD161 is a surface receptor predominantly expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and various T cell subsets, and it plays a crucial role in the immune response and regulation. This receptor is associated with the activation and inhibition of immune cells, influencing their effector functions and overall response to pathogens and tumors. In recent years, studies have indicated that CD161 may serve as a potential biomarker for identifying distinct immune cell populations and understanding immune tolerance mechanisms. Research has shown that CD161+ cells are involved in the modulation of immune responses in various diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infections. The development of recombinant CD161 protein provides a valuable tool for probing its functional roles, characterizing interactions with ligands, and exploring its therapeutic potential. By producing CD161 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its signaling pathways, investigate its role in cellular interactions, and assess its applicability in immunotherapy. Understanding the biology of CD161 can open new avenues for enhancing immune responses in clinical settings, particularly in cancer treatment, where harnessing the power of NK cells and T cells could lead to more effective therapies. As the field of immunology continues to evolve, the comprehensive study of CD161 will contribute to our knowledge of immune regulation and its implications for clinical applications.
