Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IkBe, a crucial inhibitor of the NF-κB signaling pathway, plays a significant role in regulating immune responses, inflammation, and cell survival. Research into IkBe recombinant proteins has gained momentum as scientists aim to elucidate the mechanisms underlying its function and potential therapeutic applications. NF-κB is a transcription factor that, when activated, can lead to the expression of genes involved in various cellular processes, including inflammation, proliferation, and apoptosis. The dysregulation of this pathway has been implicated in numerous diseases, such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. By studying IkBe and its recombinant forms, researchers hope to develop novel strategies for manipulating NF-κB activity. This could lead to innovative treatments for diseases where NF-κB plays a key role. Additionally, understanding the structural and functional properties of IkBe can aid in the design of specific inhibitors that could selectively target aberrant signaling in pathological conditions. The generation of IkBe recombinant proteins in various expression systems allows for comprehensive biochemical and functional analyses, paving the way for further advancements in both basic science and clinical applications. Thus, the exploration of IkBe's role and its potential as a therapeutic target underscores the importance of this protein in both health and disease, marking a critical area of research with broad implications.
