Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DIXDC1, a member of the DIX domain-containing protein family, has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its multifaceted roles in cellular processes. Initially identified as a potential regulator of Wnt signaling pathways, DIXDC1 is known to interact with key components such as Dishevelled and contribute to the pathway's activation. Beyond its role in Wnt signaling, DIXDC1 is implicated in various cellular functions including cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. Emerging studies suggest that DIXDC1 may also play a role in tumorigenesis and cancer progression, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Moreover, the protein's unique structural features, including the DIX domain, facilitate its function as a scaffold for protein-protein interactions, enhancing its involvement in cellular signaling networks. As research continues to elucidate the precise mechanisms underlying DIXDC1's functions, its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target in cancer and other diseases is increasingly recognized, highlighting the importance of continued investigation into this intriguing protein.
