Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GPRC5D, a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in multiple biological processes, including cell signaling and differentiation. It is primarily expressed in hematopoietic tissues, particularly in B cells, suggesting a significant function in the immune system. The aberrant expression of GPRC5D has been linked to various malignancies, particularly multiple myeloma, making it an attractive target for therapeutic interventions. Researchers are particularly interested in developing GPRC5D-targeted therapies, such as monoclonal antibodies or CAR T-cell therapies, which could selectively target B cells or myeloma cells expressing this receptor. The study of recombinant GPRC5D proteins has enabled scientists to better understand the receptor’s structure, function, and interaction with ligands, as well as its signaling pathways. Furthermore, the production of high-quality recombinant proteins is essential for exploring GPRC5D's potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Overall, the investigation into GPRC5D and its recombinant protein forms holds promise for advancing cancer treatment strategies and enhancing our understanding of immune regulation.
