Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLHL6, a member of the Kelch-like protein family, plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell signal transduction, cytoskeletal organization, and the regulation of protein stability through ubiquitin-mediated degradation. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in several pathological conditions, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and developmental disorders. The understanding of KLHL6's function is crucial as it may serve as a potential biomarker for disease progression and as a therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of KLHL6 protein allows for in-depth analysis of its biological activities, interactions with other proteins, and its role in cellular pathways. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the production of KLHL6 in heterologous systems, facilitating the elucidation of its structure and function. Moreover, studying the post-translational modifications and specific binding partners of KLHL6 can provide insights into its regulatory mechanisms and potential for therapeutic interventions. Overall, research on KLHL6 recombinant protein is pivotal in advancing our understanding of its multifaceted role in health and disease, paving the way for novel strategies in targeted therapies.
