Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLHL5, a member of the Kelch-like protein family, has gained attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes and its implications in diseases. Initially identified for its involvement in regulating the degradation of specific proteins through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, KLHL5 has been linked to the maintenance of cellular homeostasis and response to stress. Its expression is notably high in certain tissues, indicating its significance in tissue-specific functions. Furthermore, mutations in KLHL5 have been associated with various pathologies, including neurodegenerative diseases and certain cancers, highlighting its importance in cellular signaling and metabolism. Research into KLHL5-recombinant proteins has facilitated the exploration of its structure-function relationships and interactions with other cellular components, paving the way for a deeper understanding of its mechanisms in health and disease. The study of KLHL5 is thus vital for uncovering novel therapeutic targets and advancing our comprehension of its role in cellular regulation and pathology.
