Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TUBe (TUBEs) represent a significant breakthrough in the field of protein research, particularly in the study of ubiquitin and ubiquitin-like proteins. Ubiquitination is a critical post-translational modification that regulates various cellular processes, including protein degradation, cell cycle progression, and signal transduction. TUBe is a novel protein tool that specifically binds to polyubiquitinated proteins, enabling researchers to isolate and analyze these proteins more effectively. The ability to study ubiquitinated proteins is crucial for understanding many diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, where protein misregulation plays a pivotal role. Through the development of TUBe, scientists have enhanced their capacity to explore the dynamics of ubiquitination and its implications in cellular function. The achievements in TUBe-based research contribute not only to fundamental biology but also to potential therapeutic strategies targeting ubiquitin-related pathways. Overall, the advancement of TUBe technology marks a significant step forward in our understanding of protein regulation, with wide-reaching implications for both basic and applied biomedical research.
