Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLHL35 (Kelch-like protein 35) is a member of the KLHL family, characterized by its Kelch-repeat domains that are involved in protein-protein interactions and play essential roles in various biological processes. Research into KLHL35 has gained traction due to its potential implications in cellular functions such as protein degradation, signal transduction, and cytoskeletal dynamics. Notably, KLHL35 has been implicated in the regulation of the immune response and may play a role in certain diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. The study of KLHL35 recombinant protein is crucial for understanding its structure-function relationships and biological mechanisms, as well as for developing potential therapeutic strategies. The production of recombinant KLHL35 protein allows researchers to investigate its interactions with other cellular components and elucidate its role in the context of disease. Moreover, the use of recombinant technology can facilitate the examination of KLHL35's stability, folding, and functional assays, providing insights into its physiological relevance. As such, KLHL35 represents a significant focus in the field of molecular biology and therapeutic research, aiming to uncover the intricacies of its function and the potential pathways it influences in health and disease.
