Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Rh2b recombinant protein is a crucial focus in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology, particularly due to its potential applications in therapeutic and diagnostic settings. Originally derived from the Rh (Rhesus) blood group system, which plays a significant role in blood transfusion compatibility and hemolytic disease of the newborn, Rh2b has garnered attention for its structural and functional characteristics. Research into Rh2b recombinant protein aims to elucidate its role in red blood cell membrane stabilization, ion transport, and interactions with other cellular components. Moreover, the study of this protein can provide insights into the immune response associated with Rh incompatibility, as well as contribute to the development of novel blood products and vaccines. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have enabled the production of Rh2b in host cells, allowing for detailed analysis and manipulation of its functional properties. As such, the exploration of Rh2b recombinant protein not only expands our understanding of blood group antigens but also holds promise for enhancing transfusion safety and developing innovative therapeutic strategies for conditions linked to the Rh system.
