Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA1991, also known as C15orf24, is a human gene located on chromosome 15 that encodes a protein implicated in various cellular processes. Recent studies have highlighted its potential role in key biological functions, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and migration, suggesting significant involvement in developmental processes and disease mechanisms. Its expression profiles have been linked to several types of cancers, suggesting that KIAA1991 may act as a tumor suppressor or oncogene depending on the biological context. The protein's structure and function remain largely uncharacterized, making it a subject of interest for researchers aiming to elucidate its exact role in cellular dynamics. Recombinant KIAA1991 protein has been produced to facilitate these investigations, allowing for the examination of its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components. Understanding KIAA1991's function could provide insights into its contribution to tumorigenesis and other pathological conditions, potentially leading to novel therapeutic strategies.
