Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA1161 is a gene located on chromosome 10 that has garnered attention due to its potential role in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation and differentiation. Recent studies have suggested that KIAA1161 may be involved in the regulation of cellular responses to stress, making it a potential candidate for investigating mechanisms related to cancer and other diseases. Its expression patterns have been observed in various tissues, suggesting a broader function in human biology. The recombinant protein of KIAA1161 allows researchers to study its structure and functions in detail. By expressing this protein in vitro, scientists can elucidate its role in signaling pathways, interactions with other cellular proteins, and overall contributions to cellular homeostasis. Understanding the function of KIAA1161 at the molecular level could not only shed light on its biological significance but may also unveil new therapeutic targets for diseases where this protein is implicated. The production and characterization of KIAA1161 recombinant protein are thus essential steps in deciphering its function and could have implications for future research directions in biomedicine.
