稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CK12 is a recombinant protein that has garnered significant attention in the field of molecular biology due to its potential applications in various research areas, including cancer biology and immunology. Originally identified as a member of the keratin family, CK12 plays a crucial role in the structural integrity of epithelial cells and is involved in processes such as cell differentiation, proliferation, and repair. Recent studies have shown that CK12 is overexpressed in several cancer types, suggesting its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Furthermore, its unique structural properties make it an attractive candidate for therapeutic development, including the engineering of targeted delivery systems for anticancer drugs. Current research efforts focus on elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying CK12's function in cellular processes and its interactions with other proteins, which may reveal new pathways for therapeutic intervention. Advances in recombinant DNA technology have allowed for the efficient production of CK12, facilitating in-depth studies of its structure-function relationships. As such, CK12 represents a promising target for further exploration in the pursuit of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic strategies in cancer treatment and beyond.
