Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA0241, also known as GCP3 (Golgi-Compatible Protein 3), has garnered significant interest in the field of molecular and cellular biology due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Initially identified as a gene with a potential role in cancer, KIAA0241's exact function remained elusive until recent studies began to elucidate its significance in cellular signaling pathways. This protein is thought to interact with components of the cytoskeleton and the Golgi apparatus, influencing intracellular transport and membrane dynamics. Given its potential role in oncogenesis and cellular regulation, researchers are increasingly focused on characterizing KIAA0241 and its recombinant protein counterparts. The development of recombinant KIAA0241 offers a valuable tool for investigating its biochemical properties, interactions, and functional mechanisms. Understanding how KIAA0241 operates at the molecular level is crucial for unraveling its contributions to normal physiological processes and its implications in various diseases, particularly cancer. Furthermore, insights gained from studying KIAA0241 may lead to the identification of novel therapeutic targets or biomarkers, thereby advancing the field of targeted cancer therapies. As research continues, the profiling of recombinant KIAA0241 provides a promising avenue for both fundamental biological research and potential clinical applications.
