Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of PTTG (Pituitary Tumor-Transforming Gene) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in recent years due to their pivotal role in cell division and tumorigenesis. PTTG is a multifunctional protein initially identified for its overexpression in pituitary tumors, leading to its characterization as an oncogene. Its involvement in various cellular processes, including chromosomal segregation and the regulation of mitosis, underscores its importance in cancer biology. As a result, researchers have focused on the recombinant expression of PTTG to better understand its functional properties and to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant proteins facilitate the investigation of PTTG’s mechanisms at a molecular level, enabling the elucidation of its interactions with other cellular components. Furthermore, examining the biochemical properties of PTTG can lead to the development of novel strategies for cancer treatment, particularly in tumors where PTTG is overexpressed. Additionally, understanding the pathways modulated by PTTG can provide insights into the mechanisms of tumor progression and resistance to therapies. Thus, ongoing research into PTTG recombinant proteins is essential for advancing our comprehension of tumor biology and the development of targeted therapeutic approaches.
