Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KIAA0020, also known as FLJ20590, is a gene located on human chromosome 16 that encodes a protein implicated in various biological processes. Research into KIAA0020 has gained attention due to its potential roles in cellular functions such as differentiation, proliferation, and response to stress. The protein has been linked to several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a significant focus for biomedical research. Investigations have revealed that KIAA0020 may be involved in critical pathways such as those governing cell cycle regulation and apoptosis. Additionally, its expression patterns in various tissues and during different developmental stages suggest a complex role in human physiology. The recombinant form of KIAA0020 provides a valuable tool for researchers aiming to elucidate the precise functions of the protein and its interactions within cellular networks. By utilizing recombinant techniques, scientists can produce large quantities of KIAA0020 for in vitro studies, enabling the exploration of its structural properties and biological activities. These studies are essential to understand how dysregulation of KIAA0020 may contribute to disease and to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Thus, the ongoing research on KIAA0020 recombinant proteins not only enhances our knowledge of its molecular functions but also opens avenues for novel interventions in treating diseases linked to its aberrant expression.
