稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
JAM2, or Junctional Adhesion Molecule 2, is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily that plays a crucial role in cellular adhesion and communication, particularly in the immune system and endothelium. Research into JAM2 has gained traction due to its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes, including inflammation, immune response, and cancer metastasis. JAM2 is expressed in several tissues, particularly on endothelial cells, where it facilitates the adhesion of leukocytes during inflammatory responses. Its significance is further underscored by its interactions with integrins and other adhesion molecules, which are critical for the transendothelial migration of leukocytes. Moreover, aberrations in JAM2 expression or function have been linked to inflammatory diseases and tumor progression, making it a potential therapeutic target. Recent studies have focused on the characterization of recombinant JAM2 proteins, aimed at elucidating their structural and functional properties, which could pave the way for the development of JAM2-based interventions in disease treatment. Understanding the molecular mechanisms behind JAM2's function may also contribute to advancing therapeutic strategies for controlling inflammation and cancer metastasis, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and target in biomedicine.
