稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD226, also known as DNAM-1 (DNAX accessory molecule-1), is an immunoregulatory receptor that plays a crucial role in the immune system, particularly in the activation of T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. It is a member of the subfamily of immunoglobulin-like receptors and is primarily expressed on the surface of various immune cell types. The engagement of CD226 with its ligands, notably CD155 and CD112, has been implicated in enhancing cellular cytotoxicity and promoting immune responses against tumor cells and viral infections. Research has increasingly focused on the significance of CD226 in cancer immunotherapy, as its expression levels are often associated with improved anti-tumor immunity. Moreover, dysregulation of CD226 signaling can contribute to immune evasion by tumors. Recombinant CD226 proteins are being investigated for their potential use in therapeutic applications, including enhancing the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors and developing novel immunotherapeutic strategies. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of CD226, along with its interactions with other signaling pathways, is essential for harnessing its potential in clinical settings and improving therapeutic outcomes in cancer and other immune-mediated diseases.
