Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TNFSF18, also known as tumor necrosis factor superfamily member 18, is a cytokine that plays a critical role in the regulation of immune responses and inflammation. Its involvement in various biological processes, including T-cell activation, cell proliferation, and apoptosis, has garnered significant interest in recent years. Research suggests that TNFSF18 may be essential in mediating interactions between immune cells and influencing their behavior, thus making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in autoimmune diseases, cancer, and chronic inflammatory conditions. The reconstitution of TNFSF18 as a recombinant protein allows for a better understanding of its functional mechanisms and signaling pathways. Additionally, purified TNFSF18 can be used in preclinical studies to evaluate its efficacy and safety as a treatment option. Furthermore, studying the effects of TNFSF18 on various immune cell types can provide insights into its role in modulating the immune system, leading to advancements in immunotherapy strategies. Continued research into the properties and applications of TNFSF18 is crucial for uncovering its potential in clinical settings, highlighting its importance in both fundamental immunology and applied biomedical research. As the study of TNFSF18 progresses, it could pave the way for novel therapies aimed at harnessing the immune system's power to combat diseases.
