稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-21R, or interleukin-21 receptor, plays a critical role in modulating immune responses and is primarily expressed on various immune cells, including T, B, and natural killer (NK) cells. Its engagement with IL-21, a potent cytokine produced mainly by CD4+ T cells, triggers significant downstream signaling pathways that influence cell proliferation, differentiation, and function. Given its pivotal role in immune regulation, dysregulation of the IL-21/IL-21R axis has been implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, cancers, and infectious diseases. Research into IL-21R has gained momentum as scientists seek to understand its functions in both health and disease, paving the way for potential therapeutic applications. Recombinant IL-21R proteins are essential for these studies, enabling the analysis of receptor-ligand interactions, signaling mechanisms, and functional assays. Moreover, they serve as valuable tools in the development of novel immunotherapies targeting the IL-21 pathway, with the potential to enhance immune responses against tumors or to modulate excessive immune activation in autoimmune conditions. Understanding the detailed functions and mechanisms of IL-21R through recombinant protein studies is vital for advancing targeted treatments and improving clinical outcomes in a variety of immune-related diseases.
